Unanswered Questions: The Death of Kurt Cobain

This is my first blog ever, so I wanted to make it special and recently something has really been on my mind. Kurt Cobains death. (hints the title). Last night I decided to do some research about it. Not that I didn't already know enough. There are somany theories. Its pretty much a mystery to everyone. We all know he was found dead and a shotgun was laying on his body. We also know that he took a lethal amount of Heroine. But there are so many things that don't add up. It seems odd to me that no legible fingerprints were found on the gun. While i'm on the subject of the gun...A shotgun is long. How could he have pulled the trigger himself? When he was found, the gun was laying on his body. Reason with me here, If someone shoots themselves in the head, they aren't going to be able to lay a gun across their body afterwards right? It makes no sense. There was also a lot of controversy over the suicide letter. A lot of investigators said that it originally looked like a letter about Kurt leaving Courtney Love. 3 out of 4 Handwriting Specialists also confirmed that the handwriting in the last few lines at the bottom of the letter are written by someone other than Kurt Cobain. The bottom part of the letter is really the only thing that implys suicide. Fans and friends of Kurt found it a little suspicious that Love had a piece of paper in her purse showing that she ws trying to practice how to write like Kurt. So honestly I don't know. Some people say maybe she found the letter and thought he was going to leave her so while she was in Rehab she hired someone to murder him. Even te PI SHE hired to find Kurt when he left rehab did some interviews and said he was suspicious. He couldn't understand why Love told him to cancel Kurts credit card when it would be easier to track him if he purchased anything. There were statements showing that someone tried to use his credit card after his death. Maybe Kurt just really didn't want to live. People said he couldn't handle the stress of being so famous. Maybe the whole rehab thing was what really set him off. All I really know is that it honestly gives me a gut wrenching feeling when I think about the possibilites. To some people it may be weird that i'm bringing up his death, but I was only a year old when he died. I didn't know anything about him. Last year was the beginning of my love for Nirvana. My parents were never into them so I had no idea how amazing their music was. Now I do. I'm learning more and more about Kurt Cobain and Nirvana everyday. I know I will never be able to get any of the answers because obviously, you can't talk to the dead. I guess I'll always wonder about the real life and death of Kurt Cobain.
